The Associate Brand Manager is the project integrator responsible for supporting/leading key initiatives necessary to deliver annual financial/marketplace targets for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Tracks total category budgets based on AOP. Plays a meaningful role in the delivery of your brand’s P&L goals and supports execution of strategies to achieve financial/marketplace outcomes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the Annual Operating Plan for refrigerated brands (Reddi Wip, Eggbeaters, Parkay, Blue Bonnet, Fleischmann’s, and Move Over Butter). Supports strategic planning.

  • Support revenue growth management activities

  •      Commodities/Pricing

  •      SWAT/Trade Efficiency Support

  •      Merchandising, Assortment, Placement & Shelving (MAPS)

  • Support volume forecasting accuracy with demand planning cross-functional partners.

  • Participate in the creation and execution of brand “managing complexity” efforts /cost management.

  • Play a meaningful role in aligning business processes, driving priorities, and initiatives across the refrigerated businesses to create seamless integration (deliver share, penetration and/or buy rate objectives)

  • Anticipate future business needs and proactively gain alignment with cross functional partners

  • Culture promoter of Conagra Brands both internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • MBA required with relevant brand internship
  • Strong project leadership and communication skills are needed as this position is responsible for coordinating and leading our key initiatives from start to finish across many business functions, aligning the business leadership to those initiatives, and interacting with customers and customer sales teams
  • Strong analytic foundation is required to identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers from your analysis and interpretation of market and shipment data to aid in brand growth and P&L management
