Job Summary


The role of Associate Customer Supply Chain Analyst supports the successful collaboration of internal and external business partners to meet the needs within the Global Business Services Organization.  This role is responsible for M&A activities, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for our managed services partners. This position requires building partnerships with cross functional teams including Sales, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Planning, Customers, and other teams within Global Business Services and Supply Chain and other teams within GBS and Supply Chain.


Position Responsibilities

  • Assists with gathering and interpreting data with various levels of problem solving
  • Ability to identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
  • Create reporting and metrics that effectively communicate the state of the business to the customer
  • Present analytics that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making
  • Ability to work across functions and with various levels within the organization
  • Document business process and recommend process improvements
  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
  • Supports work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
  • Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team
  • Works across geographies and cultures
  • Ability to navigate end to end supply chain
  • Develop relationships with key customers leveraging strong presentation and customer facing skills
  • Ability to learn and work in customer systems to positively impact the order fulfillment process

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field and/or up to 3 years related business experience required
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Possesses the capacity to apply critical thinking
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Domestic and International travel may be required up to 25%
  • Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment
