This customer facing position is responsible for maximizing store in-stocks, event management, execution of new and discontinued items, reducing waste, reporting, and analytics.  Proficient use of the Customer's data sharing tools combined with collaboration between the Customer, Sales, and Conagra Brands Demand Planners will be used to drive efficiencies with predictable product flow throughout the entire supply chain. The CPFR Analyst is the primary contact for the Customer's Replenishment department, and is a key internal collaboration partner with Sales, and Customer Supply Chain. Key performance indicators for this position include, but are not limited to, Customer in-stock percentage, fill rate, forecast accuracy, and event performance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and demonstrates ability to tell a story of the results.
  • Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution.
  • Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.                                                                                                                                     
  • Accommodates internal and external customer requests.      
  • Partner across functions and with various levels within the organization.
  • Design business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues.
  • Lead quarterly on-site customer presentations.
  • Provide team guidance and training support.
  • Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team

  • Reviews forecast accuracy exception reports and make recommendations for forecast changes to Customer Replenishment Team and Conagra Supply Chain Team.
  • Identify daily store out of stocks and root cause.  Recommend business process changes to improve future in-stock. (Late truck, demand variability, incorrect forecast, miss-shipments)
  • Perform gap analysis before/after forecast changes and communicate issues to Replenishment Managers.
  • Manage ordering system to maximize opportunities and growth for Conagra products while minimizing errors (i.e. item set up, item forecast)
  • Maintain service levels including fill rate, OTD compliance, in-stock, inventory levels (WOS), to maximize inventory effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations to facilitate forecast expectations, event plans, promotions, and projected lifts in sales trends.
  • Monitor orders through customer supply chain and Replenishment Planners/Business Analysts to avoid over/under inventory situations.
  • Recognize and avoid potential issues by using strong analytical skills and customer specific knowledge and recommend ideas to improve service levels.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on forecast changes, order patterns, and timing brought on by change in distribution, planogram changes, seasonality, and promotions

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field and/or 3-5 years related business experience required
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to work independently under limited supervision
  • Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to lead change in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Domestic and International travel may be required 
  • Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment
