Brand MBA Internship

Brand Building internships will be offered in our downtown Chicago office – a modern workspace with a high-energy vibe that encourages collaboration and helps drive results. Individuals who successfully complete an internship will be considered for a full-time position as an Associate Brand Manager.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Develop knowledge and expertise in the consumer packaged food industry
  • Build brand management experience working with cross-functional groups on strategic plans and tactical execution
  • Hone your analytical and creative skills to find ways of delighting our consumers and customers


Typical Projects
  • Working on our highly recognized consumer brands such as Hunt’s, Orville Redenbacher, Marie Callender’s and Slim Jim
  • Analyzing competitor actions and strategies and recommending brand responses
  • Evaluating new product opportunities and platforms based on consumer insights
  • Re-staging and positioning product platforms
  • Establishing the strategy and executing an FSI/banner ad working with an advertising agency or consumer promotions agency


HR Master's Internship
 
You will be immersed into Conagra Brands and our Human Resources Organization for 11 weeks.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist our HR department in daily operations. You will partner with leadership on either a corporate or manufacturing HR Team to drive business performance in areas such as compensation, generalist, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The HR Internship is a pipeline to our HR Development Program.

The Conagra Brands HR Development Program is a three-year rotational program for new graduates that includes three 12-18-month assignments. At least one rotation will be within one of our manufacturing plants. You will be provided with high-impact, challenging assignments that add value to the business. The program is designed to offer participants an enriching experience through a variety of HR roles in both our Corporate and Manufacturing HR Teams. Therefore, geographic mobility is an important factor to your success.

To enhance your overall understanding of our company, we will provide opportunities to network with peers and leaders to gain experience with the scope of career paths available at Conagra Brands.
