Our team will invite qualified candidates to at least one round of interviews which can be on campus or virtual. Depending on certain functions, you may have a second round of interviews.

Our team will decide which of the candidates is the best match for the open role and will present an offer to the candidate.
If an offer is accepted, expect a background check and a drug screen as part of the process before you become an official member of the Conagra team.

For interns located at one of our plants across the country, our dedicated relocation team and partnered real estate agents work closely with our interns to assist in finding suitable accomodations for the duration of their internships.
