Associate Food Scientists
This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced product development environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of Product Development within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various food production settings.
This role will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will develop new products from conceptualization to commercialization. Throughout that process, you can expect to conceptualize and develop new product prototypes, execute experiments and prepare results for review, and conduct plant trials and new product start-ups. You can also expect to:
Learn and utilize on-line specification system
Manage individual tasks
Assist team with product cutting, plant trials, and testing
Associate Process Engineers
This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced engineering environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of engineering within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various food production settings.
This role will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will develop and define manufacturing processes that accommodate specific consumer and marketplace requirements for new products, while meeting process, quality, and cost objectives.
You can also expect to:
Learn and apply the Methodology of Product/Process/Package Development (MOPD)
Define the physical, chemical, and biological transformations that must occur to produce new food products
Execute bench-top and pilot plant testing to develop prototypes and prove hypotheses
Maintain accurate and complete records and distill them to Intellectual Property
Monitor consumer trends and wants/needs within the food industry
Associate Packaging Engineer
This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced packaging environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of packaging within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various food production settings.
This role will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will work towards development and commercialization of new, improved, and cost-reduced packaging. Y

Support technical delivery of base business and high complexity projects
Manage smaller projects independently
Participate and execute experiments in plant trials
Interpret, develop, and issue technical specifications
Acquire working knowledge of the packaging principles and operating systems for assigned platform
Maintain awareness of technical trends and developments in the packaging industry
