1.    Conagra Careers Texts Description. Conagra’s program provides users with the opportunity to receive non-marketing text messages from Conagra including, without limitation, new job opportunities and application status updates.
 
2.    User Consent. By opting into the Conagra Careers Texts program mobile messaging SMS services, I consent to Conagra sending me text/sms messages as necessary for the purpose of sharing job opportunities and application status updates to this mobile number. I understand that providing the forgoing consent is not a condition for applying for employment with Conagra. 

3.    Opt-Out. You can stop receiving SMS messages from Conagra at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4.    Help. If you have any questions or need help with the SMS messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP, or you can get help at recruiting@conagra.com. 

5.    Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.    Message and Data Rates. You acknowledge and agree that message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and that message frequencies may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
